Cake..and More Cake!

My friend Rachael who my mom practicaly raised got married on the 17th to her boyfriend of 2years and asked me if I could help her out with the weddding. Well being that she lives in Utah and me here there wasn't much I could do so I told her I could make a cake. I have been watching Cake Boss and absolutely love him. I just decided that I could make this cake and me and my sis went for it since her daughter my niece Courtney wanted a Twilight cake for her birthday the 18th. We were happy with it and the next day made the Twilight cake I love it and want one for my birthday she was a lucky 12 year old to get such a neat cake. We are already planning Ledgers jungle/safari tier cake for my shower I am so excited!!!

One Of my Hobbies!

So I love to sew allot! I am finally feeling good and catching up on my projects. I love applique sewing and enjoy making holiday tea towels. I sell them to local friends and really love to make them for my family as gifts during the holidays too! I am so happy to have all these done and sold! This is my fall time table quilt I made and this year I am entering it in the fair open class just to see how it does for fun! I love it and found it a challenge I over came to make it right on with the points! Plus it is fall colors and you all know I love the FALL!!

July Fourth!

Summer finally has come the heat is on and the sun is shining! The parade was great this year and actually lasted longer than 5 minutes! I loved the Valley Fabric Shop float it was so cute~ We headed to the Flaming Gorge and spent the day with my family. Brendan Knee boarded and swam all over. Treyton was just busy playing in the mudd builidng motorcycle mountains with Ashlynn Condos! It all ended with fireworks all around us from other campers! It was a fun warm day!

Ledger in 4D

Ledger was a little stinker at the 4d ultrasound every time we focused in on his little face and switched it over to the 4d he would turn as far as could away from it and put his hands up in front of his face! The Ultrasound went great other than that! We got to see his little hands, feet and all the organs growing and healthy baby! It was a neat day.. Me and my sister Janice went shopping afterward and I found the perfect stroller/carseat in Safari with blue,tan and grey~ I am so happy having fun planning his arrival and shower soon in August~

Summer Swim LeSsoN's

So summer is officially here in just one week now and it still feels like march rainy and cold! We had some sun today and it was so great to have it back even for just the day! We mowed the lawn and weed eated everything it all is so green from the rain so it has its rewards! Treyton is in level 2 this year and no longer needs mom to stay and make sure he is okay he is happy with it and says bye mom such a big boy he has become over the winter. Sad to see my baby grow up.

Brendan is now in the big pool in level 3 and is so happy to finally made it out of what they call the kiddie pool. He is such a good little swimmer now it is amazing how much they learn and change every year. The days just fly by I don't know where the time and months all go! But we are all happy and enjoying summer..few camp trips already and I am sure more to come!

Cyn and Baby Mckelle Shower!!!

So there isn't a day that goes by that I don't have a memory of my friend Cindy in it! I met her when I was five years old when my parents bought a lot for our new house across the street from her home! I thought she was a boy but soon found out she wasn't and she was my age. All it took was a my little pony and an hour of playing we clicked right away and became best of friends for years to come!

We have had our ups and downs but what friends haven't at times! We always manage to pull back together even after our lives have taken on many different paths we still find each other!

We are bolth pregnant she is due very soon July 23rd with a girl Mckelle Ryan and me not until October 20th which you all know!

We had a great day together and fun seeing all her little girl stuff she got from her shower it was a great day! I also seen Ryan she was always with us through thick and thin the three stooges I guess you could call it! We got to talk and eat yummy food and then see all of Mckelle's cute stuff!!

I am so excited to see her baby girl here soon. I had a neat day bolth being pregnant for the first time together it was neat!!!!

A blast from the past we bolth had on the same outfit. We got the shirts on a camping trip to Yellowstone National Park..without knowing were the same shirt and purple pants so young wish I could go back somtimes! I think we are around 7-8years old!

Her yummy really cute buggy cake and all her gifts for Mckelle! The sun was shining and it didn't rain until later what a great day! June 6th 2009!

20 Weeks Pregnant!

SO I made it to 20 weeks! I was just getting over morning sickness and was feeling great!
At 18 weeks I started my first Progesterone shot to help keep the baby in as long as possible since I have had to premies born at 32 and 33 weeks we didn't want that again!!!!
The shot was okay but it gives you a major headache, dizziness and nauesous the first day of the shot but then tampers off thankgod!
I will do anything to keep the little baby in there and avoid spending time in the NICU again! So hard to have your baby in there and have to leave them there till there able to come home!
I have done well so far at the beginning of the pregnancy I lost 10 pounds so I still have not hit my before pregnant wieght! But it is slowly creeping up! I really crave junk Ice cream, chocolate just about anything sweet so I am going to need to watch it from here on out so I am not a whale at the end of this! We went shopping and I wanted some little boots like Treytons for the baby I am not into horses or cowboy boots but like the John Deere kid boots!
We found these little Mossey Oak ones and I had to have them since it'll be October when he is here and ready for winter gear! I just love them! Half way done let the fun begin we start are house remodel next week so the baby room is in the making and I just really cannot wait to start decorating it!
